For my 30th birthday at a coastal location, I wanted something classy and that reflected “me”.  Ann-Maree and her wonderful team went above and beyond to achieve the look and vibe that I wanted. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Do not go anywhere else for Balloons! All the staff are so friendly and helpful and Ann-Maree even gave me her personal phone number to call her if i had any unexpected incidents with my balloons. Unfortunately, my confetti laden balloon deflated overnight and Ann-Maree came to the rescue on a Sunday (despite her shop being closed). She knew the importance of this event to me and went above and beyond to ensure i had replacement balloons. I never felt like i was an inconvenience or a hassle - she was so helpful and cheerful and the balloons looked divine. THANK YOU!

This company knows what customer service is all about. When I rang for 16 units of a product, on the day I needed them, I was beyond thrilled when Patty Town went out of there way calling around to suppliers for the product, as they don’t stock it. Then to top it off, they delivered it to me within an hour!!! Blown away. If you need ANYTHING, these guys will make it happen. Huge thanks

Party Town is my go-to shop for every party/ family celebration we have. My kids love it for spontaneous special treats, too. But I mostly use them for helium balloons (home-delivered), party-bags, table accessories, decorations, costumes, face make-up.... pretty much everything. If they don't have it, they'll order it in ASAP, normally in 24hrs. What I especially love is that they're at the forefront of new party tricks... We just had their remote-controlled-multi-coloured-LED-lit giant helium balloons, which made our outdoor night-time silent disco party, BEYOND magic! Customer service is ace. And while I'm waxing lyrical, their Halloween selection is Perth's best. Thank you Ann-Maree and team, for making our parties all things amaze!

What an absolutely wonderful place to get bits and pieces for a special occasion. The staff are just so helpful and the owner Annamarie is a ray of fresh air is the store, she is so passionate about what she does that it radiates from her bubbly personality. She also went over and above for me. We were celebrating our little girls christening combined with first birthday party with close family and friends. I wanted some Balloons and man this I get what I wanted. She created exactly what I wanted fitting into my theme of timeless classic elegance! She also came in on a Sunday and delivered the balloons at the event!!!!! They not even open on Sunday but Annamarie went over and above like I mentioned. Thank you so much to you and your business is a success because of you!!!!! Well done. I highly recommend party town in Claremont to anyone that needs unforgettable decorations for their special occasion. Cannot speak more highly of her!
